Does Fifis Aux record my screen?
No. macOS places internal-audio capture under Screen Recording permission, but Fifis Aux discards video frames and writes audio only.
Does it use my microphone?
No. Fifis Aux captures your Mac’s playback and explicitly excludes its own sound. Microphone recording is not part of the app.
Where are recordings saved?
You choose the folder in Settings. The default is an Audio Recorder folder inside Music, and existing files are never moved when you change it.
Which formats can I use?
MP3, WAV, M4A and FLAC. The same choice applies to live recordings and saved A–B clips.
